Justin has informed me that in my haste to set up our blog, I have failed to mention or show a picture of his conquests in both hunting and fishing. This is my attempt to make amends. Picutres are to follow.
It's too early this year for too many hunting stories, but Justin has been out ridding the farmers of those pesky animals known as "vermin" (aka jack rabits). He has a favorite spot that he and his brother-in-law Mike love to go to. Each of them come away with plenty of kills to keep them satisfied for the long weeks in between hunts. But when you discuss hunting, you don't mention it without including the annual Elk Hunt. The boys are already planning the event which takes place in the first few weeks of October. Justin hopes to be able to go for longer than a weekend, but with school in session, it gets a little tough to pull away. So, as the year porgresses, I'm sure I will have many more opportunities to fill you in on all his future adventures.

Mark loves to hunt but really hasn't been able to since we moved to AZ - he would be so jealous!
